Devon has worked with many government agencies and has experience in civil litigation, business litigation, contract review, contract-based disputes, and estate and probate litigation.

Born and raised in the East Bay of California, Devon received her B.A. from the University of California, Davis. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Devon received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she attended on a full ride scholarship due to her academics and community involvement.

Devon has successfully resolved many civil and probate litigation disputes through mediation. She is a certified mediator herself and understands the importance of seeking resolution and mediation before a dispute is overwhelmed by litigation. In addition to practicing law, Devon is currently serving as a panelist on the California Third District Court of Appeal’s Appellate Mediation Program.

In her free time, Devon is a member of Soroptimist International of Benicia, where she contributes her time to the scholarship and grant program raising money and awarding scholarships to women in need to complete their undergraduate, trade school, or doctoral programs.
